Services

We offer several different options for all of your catering needs.

• Delivery — Just let us know your location, and we'll deliver and set up your food so it's hot and ready to serve!
• Drop Set — Need to keep the food warmer for a little longer? It's our pleasure! We will provide and setup disposable chafing dishes and sterno when you choose this option.
• Full Service — We bring everything, so you don't have to lift a finger. Our team caters in full uniform and offers full buffet set up, including chafing dishes, tables, and buffet linen. Charges vary upon the event.
• Grill On Site — It's like having your own, personal Pitmaster! We'll send a team of our professional full service staff to prepare your menu on site according to your group or individual guest needs. Service charge applies for orders under 100 people.
• Food Truck — Lucille's on Wheels! Our food truck is a delicious new way to enjoy Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que for your next event. We're available for weddings, birthday parties, and company events.

Lucille's on Wheels is only available in Orange County, the Inland Empire and select Los Angeles County locations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum?

We have a $500 minimum for catering. For orders that don't meet the minimum, you can contact your nearest Lucille's location and order off our Family Size Menu.

How far do you travel for catering?

How far in advance do you need to book?

We book on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend starting the booking process as soon as possible to ensure we have your time and date available. We do not accept same day orders.

How do your packages work?

Everything is priced per person. Decide how many meat choices you would like and which level of service your event requires. Each package is designed so that each guest gets a portion of every item.

What is the difference between the delivery and the drop set?

Both of these services will be delivered and setup for you. The drop set leaves you with a special touch! We will provide disposable chafing dishes and sterno to keep the food warm for 2 hours.

What does the grill on site entail?

We bring out a 6ft propane grill and your own personal pitmaster!

How many sides come with your combos?

You may choose anywhere from 2-3 sides at no additional cost. The portion slightly adjusts based on the number chosen.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes we do. We have a Garden Burger, Portobello Sandwich, and Seasonal Vegetable Pasta.

Do we get to keep the leftovers?

Yes, we leave all leftover food with you.

Do you offer appetizers, drinks, desserts?

Yes, they are priced separately.

Do you provide paper products?

Yes. We provide disposable plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths, and serving utensils.

Do you require a deposit?

No but you are welcome to make payments.

Do you accept checks?

We accept company checks and cashiers checks. No personal checks.

Do you accept gift cards?

No. Gift cards are only available for dine in or take out at our Lucille's locations.
