Interim Accessibility Statement
Hof's Hut Restaurants, Inc. dba Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, BARD Associates LLC dba Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que and Red & Blues dba Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests, both in our physical locations and across our digital platforms.
We recognize that some users may currently encounter barriers when using our existing websites. We take this seriously and are actively addressing these challenges.
Our Approach
As part of our ongoing efforts, we have made the decision to fully redesign and rebuild our websites rather than continue to apply incremental fixes to legacy systems. This approach allows us to more effectively address accessibility at its core and create a more consistent, usable experience for all users.
We are currently in the process of implementing these improvements and anticipate launching updated, more accessible websites by May 2026.
Commitment to Our Guests
Our goal is to provide equitable access to all customers, including individuals who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice control, and alternative input devices.
We have made a deliberate decision not to rely on third-party accessibility overlays. While these tools are often marketed as quick solutions, they do not resolve underlying accessibility barriers and can interfere with assistive technologies, creating additional challenges for users who depend on them. Instead, we are focused on implementing accessibility directly within our websites to provide a more reliable and effective experience.
